Stutter Therapy

Fluency in our daily speech is very important for common efficient communications.

On average 800.000 people in Germany have problems to speak fluent. This number contains 130.000 children and adolensces. For children to speak non-fluent is a natural fase between 2 en 4 years. Reactions from peers and care talking persons like parents, family and kindergartennannies can initiate stutter awareness and condional patterns.

For grown up teens can stuttering means a stressfull moment in daily live, which can lead in worst case to avoiding communication or mobbing in school. Often therapy is to be followed, sometimes over years. When these speech problems do not ameliorate in daily live, secundary stuttering, for instance evading eye contact and development of tics can play a leading role.
